Job Title FP&A Manager ( Financial Modeling)
Location - Gurugram/Noida
Upto 26LPA
Applicants should be from -ITES/MNC/BPO/Business Consulting or SSC Industry
Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Forecasting
- Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
- Build financial models to assess business performance and scenario outcomes.
- Consolidate forecasts from cross-functional teams and ensure accuracy and alignment.
Financial Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze monthly financial results and explain key variances vs. budget/forecast.
- Create management dashboards, performance KPIs, and executive-level reporting packs.
- Evaluate revenue trends, cost structure, profitability, and margin performance.
Qualifications
- MBA Finance/ CA Inter.
- 8+ years of experience in FP&A
- Working for Global Shared Services (any geography)
- Proficiency with financial software and tools-Oracle, EPBCS, Adaptive
- Expert-level financial modeling and forecasting skills
- Experience with accounting principles, financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting and analysis across the income statement, balance sheet and statement of cash flows
